Practice Emphasis
Paula's national bankruptcy practice involves representation of all sizes of businesses in all types of bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation. She has represented bankruptcy debtors, bankruptcy trustees, creditors' committees, unsecured and secured creditors, landlords, and potential purchasers of assets in bankruptcy cases throughout the United States. She has particular expertise in claims objection proceedings and preference and fraudulent transfer litigation, having handled hundreds of these proceedings on behalf of debtors, trustees and creditors. In addition, her years of experience as a bankruptcy practitioner have provided her with expertise on the vast array of issues faced by companies dealing with the insolvency or bankruptcy of a supplier, customer, tenant, contractor or other business partner.
