Kevin Muenster Joins Taber Estes Thorne & Carr

Taber Estes Thorne & Carr PLLC is proud to announce the addition of Kevin Muenster as an associate attorney. Kevin joins the firm with a wide range of legal experience stemming from his prior work with two well-respected Dallas-area law firms.
Kevin has experience handling an array of issues in the area of commercial litigation and has represented and counseled businesses and individuals in multiple complex disputes at all levels including, but not limited to, state and federal court cases, post-judgment proceedings, and appellate matters. Kevin is currently developing a dynamic litigation practice and continues to represent a number of corporate clients in cases involving, among other things, business torts, contract disputes, negligence claims, and matters concerning real property.
Kevin is a 2003 graduate of Sam Houston State University and a 2006 graduate of Baylor Law School. Prior to entering private practice, Kevin served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Anne Gardner of the Second Court of Appeals of Texas in Fort Worth. Kevin is an active member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and was selected in 2008 to participate as a member of the DAYL Leadership Class.
