Katherine M. Anand Joins Taber Estes Thorne & Carr

DALLAS -- The Dallas-based law firm of Taber Estes Thorne & Carr PLLC announces the addition of Katherine M. Anand as an associate attorney.
Ms. Anand joins the firm with a wide range of legal experience in litigation having spent the past four years in the trial section at a large well-respected Dallas firm.
Ms. Anand's practice focuses on commercial litigation and dispute resolution. She represents clients before state and federal courts as well as in arbitration. She has experience with matters involving breach of contract and warranty, negligence, fraud and misrepresentation, oil and gas disputes, and other business torts. Ms. Anand is also developing a family law practice assisting with divorce and child custody issues.
Ms. Anand earned her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from the University of Dallas and was selected for membership in Phi Beta Kappa. She earned her law degree cum laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she served on the Law Review and received awards including the Kaneb Outstanding Teaching Assistant Award and a National Association for Women Lawyers Award.
