Mark Ralston Joins Taber Estes Thorne & Carr

DALLAS - The Dallas-based law firm of Taber Estes Thorne & Carr PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Mark H. Ralston as a Partner in bankruptcy. Prior to joining the firm, Mark was Partner/Founder of the Dallas office of Ciardi Ciardi & Astin.
Mark’s national bankruptcy practice involves representation of businesses in all types of bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation. Mark has over twenty years experience in commercial bankruptcy matters involving core and non-core bankruptcy issues. Mark’s clients have included representing secured and unsecured creditors and other parties in interest in bankruptcy matters and related litigation, creditor committees, purchasers in Section 363 sales, Chapter 11 debtors and Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees.
Mark graduated from The University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a Board Member of the Moot Court. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Virginia – College of Arts & Science and graduated with Distinction.
